John founded Corinthian Property Group to bridge the gap between institutional-level real estate underwriting and practical, on-the-ground project execution in Coastal North Carolina.
His philosophy is rooted in rigorous due diligence, transparent communication with landowners, and creating high-quality residential communities that stand the test of time.
Our ambition is to expand our reach by operating in lockstep with our sister entity, Corinthian Building Company, which manages horizontal infrastructure and residential vertical construction.
